Acceptance of terms
By accessing Elementium and using its services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Elementium reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Service description
Elementium is an interactive educational web application offering a periodic table of elements enhanced with 3D visualizations, quiz tools, element comparison, a molar mass calculator and educational chemistry content.
Some features are available for free. Others are reserved for Premium subscribers (full 3D access, quiz, data export, advanced tools).
Premium subscription
The Premium subscription is offered in two plans: monthly (€4.99/month) and yearly (€24.99/year). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically at each billing date. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no partial refund is granted.
In case of a payment dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
User account
To access Premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately.
Elementium reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these terms.
Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use Elementium to:
- Circumvent access restrictions or security mechanisms
- Scrape, copy or redistribute application content without authorization
- Use automated tools to disrupt the service
- Share Premium access with third parties
- Any illegal activity or activity contrary to applicable laws
Intellectual property
All content of Elementium (code, design, text, visualizations, data) is the exclusive property of Elementium or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Scientific data on chemical elements comes from public sources (IUPAC, NIST) and is used for educational purposes.
Limitation of liability
Elementium is provided "as is", without guarantee of absolute accuracy of scientific data. We disclaim any liability for decisions made based on information presented in the application.
In no event shall Elementium be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service.
